Autumn buys || October 2015

Helllooooooo,

Ok so today I went out to Covent Garden with my ghost buddie (Laura) and done a little shopping! Now I’m very proud of myself as I didn’t  go too much into my budget which I’m always proud of! I would call this a “Fashion Haul” but theres not too much however here is what I bought

One thing I’ve bought is the one and only… Thatcher Joe (Joe Suggs) first graphic novel – Username Evie! Firstly this is a signed edition :O I literally died and went through all the books to find the perfect one. Secondly I love how Joe was inspired through his a-level homework to initiate the whole project! I feel like I can relate here as although its no where near a graphic novel but I came up with an art project idea in 2013 and started to collect train tickets which I am now using to create a dress in art which was my idea. Thirdly I love the graphics in the novel and no doubt I will be drawing these!

Here is the little ‘stationary section’ so I went into the most amazing art store in London – London Graphic Centre and of course had to buy something for art and well ended up with 2 small and simple items which were some blending stumps in 3 different sizes – small, medium and large which work great, I got a bit carried away and had to use them. I also bought a pencil eraser with a brush on the end. Although odd it is extremely useful for doing things like rubbing in highlights and instead of smudging it with your hand when getting rid of the eraser pieces, I can now use my little brush to just get rid of them! As you may have noticed I have one last item in this photo which I am yet to mention…Well it’s a syringe which provides pen ink to paper. Yes its a syringe pen but not just a gimmicky pen… a gimmicky pen that works well. It’s blue ink which is a biro and has such a smooth feeling to it when writing with it!

As you may have noticed in the photo showing my pens underneath is a burgundy jumper – one of my buys. Firstly I love the style of the jumper – its got a soft feel to it, a good fit and I love, love, love, the zipper at the back which just adds a little something. Also the back of the jumper is longer than the front – not too much just a little bit (another feature which I always look for in jumpers!) In the image above is another jumper I bought and am currently wearing because its super cute! I love the knit of it as well as the gorgeous green of it! I have paired this already with black linen shorts and some denier tights as well as my ankle boots which I feel very trendy and autumnal in! The jumper is an oversized one and I could get away with it as a bit of a showy off jumper dress as its quite short and has two cuts in the bottom on the sides on one side is a silver zipper which can be zipped up or left open – a feature which I really love! Very happy with these two!!!

Next to Username: Evie I have got a photo frame which I won as a part of winning the photography competition at my school which I do love and am still thinking of what to put into the frame. It’s from George home (Asda) and is a box frame but can also be a normal frame as well.

I also thought I’d include a little favourite while I’m here but here is the Zoella – Let’s Spritz! Body mist which I love! The bottle has an adorable lace pattern on the back of the glass which I do love! As well as a pretty pink coloured fragrance, the scent of the mist is fruity and fresh which I have to say was very seasonal when it came out (Summer) but even now in Autumn I do love the freshness of it!

Links to what I’ve spoken about:

Username: Evie // £7.00
